Replacement Cushions

Elegant Upholstery specializes in making Houston-Area custom replacement cushions and replacement cushion covers for indoor and outdoor furniture. We make the best custom patio cushions, bench cushions, seat cushions, deep-seating cushions, window-seat cushions, RV cushions and boat cushions by hand. We can replicate replacement cushions for your Hampton bay outdoor furniture and replacement cushions for wicker furniture. All of our cushions are fully customizable; choose from our thousands of fabric options and welting options that we have available as well as replacement cushion foam options.

After cutting the foam to your desired measurements, we double wrap it in polyester Dakron fiber to give the cushion a more comfortable feel and to fit the cover better. We also offer a down/feather mix.

We are located in Houston, TX and make replacement cushions locally by copying existing cushions. We also ship nationwide and can make any cushion based on measurements or with a template for oddly shaped cushions. If you have any questions or need an estimate, just call or send an email. If possible, send photos of your existing cushions. There is no job too big or too small; we offer our replacement cushions to both residential and commercial clients.

Fabric Selection

We have a wide assortment of machine washable fabric that is suitable for replacement cushions including: linen, canvas, chenille, and microfiber. We offer outdoor fabric including Outdura and Sunbrella.

Many of our replacement cushions are made with Sunbrella fabric. Sunbrella is a popular brand for indoor and outdoor replacement cushions. Sunbrella is made with solution-dyed acrylic and is fade resistant.

Replacement Cushion Foam

We use the highest quality foam in all the replacement cushions that we make. We typically make replacement cushions with high-density foam. It is comfortable and still holds its firmness without compressing too much. We do offer different levels of firmness and densities including soft, medium-firm, firm, and extra firm. We can make your custom cushions in any thickness and size that you may desire.
